In case, you are not satisfied with Quickadvisorusa terms and conditions, then you will not be eligible for using these services.

Scope of Quickadvisorusa's Services

At Quickadvisorusa website; you can explore various services, which can be used according to your need. We are only commercially responsible to resolve your all issues related to computer only. We provide solutions via telephonic conversation, remote control, and email. Quickadvisorusa has its own service packages, considering that it charges amount for the provided services. If company feels to make appropriate change in their service packages, then it can make it without any prior notice.

Terms of use

• Quickadvisorusa has all rights and power to decline services to any customer at any time without any prior notice.
• For being customer of Quickadvisorusa,  you must be a human and not a robot.
• Person should be above the age of 18 years, else he will not be eligible for using Quickadvisorusa services.
• It is compulsory to provide correct, complete and updated information about you and your computer state.
• Once your account is registered with us, your account and services can be used only by you. Any other person cannot use it.
• Quickadvisorusa provides services only for those issues clearly mentioned on the website. We do not provide any warranty for any hardware tools. Excluding the mentioned services, we are not responsible to provide services for any other software.
• We provide services only through call and email. No onsite service is offered by us.
• Quickadvisorusa never requests for any type of passwords or any confidential info from clients.
• In case of a data loss or theft from your PC, Quickadvisorusa will not be liable for it.
• Under our terms, we do not provide any type of replacement for any computer part that is damaged.
• While performing the remote session, you must constantly monitor the session. The session will start only when you allow us to access your system remotely. If you find that anybody is accessing your system on remote without your permission, then please contact Quickadvisorusa immediately.
• Please do not attempt to use this service for any illegal purpose.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage occurring directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder.
• Each of your action and interaction with us regarding computer support issues must comply with the cyber laws of India/US and or your country.

Cancellation and Termination of Plans

• For cancellation of your account, you will be solely responsible. For cancellation, you have to email or make a phone request to your account manager. Once your account cancelled, you will receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancellation.
• In case, your service is cancelled before the end of your current paid up month, then your cancellation will be processed immediately and you will not be charged again.
• Quickadvisorusa,  in its sole judgment, has all the valid right to terminate any account and can refuse to provide future service to them. Reason such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, data theft, abusive behavior, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than by the one person registered with us, and some other reasons. In such situation, your services will be terminated and your account will deactivate or deleted for our service.
• Quickadvisorusa has all rights reserved for termination of your services, if we find that you are using any illegal software.
• Quickadvisorusa has reserved the rights to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.

General Conditions

• The use of the Service by a user is at his/her sole risk. Quickadvisorusa provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We provide accounting service & support only to those customers who have a paying account. All these services are available only through email, chat and on call.
• At present, we offer the service only in English and Hindi languages, while all other languages are entertained on best effort basis.
• Whenever needed, Quickadvisorusa may use third party vendors and hosting partners to offer the essential hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service.
• You must not modify, or resell our services to a third-party unless explicitly specified by us. Any liability that arises from this would be solely yours.
• You are not allowed to change, or resell our services to a third-party unless explicitly mentioned by us. You will be liable for any issues that arise from this.
• All those Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service will be removed from our site.
• The account of those members will be terminated immediately who are found involved in verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Quickadvisorusa customer, employee, member, or officer.
• Being a member of Quickadvisorusa you must be aware of the fact that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of linked networks or devices.
• Users are not allowed to upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or "spam" messages.
• Apart from this, users must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code that may be harmful.

Quickadvisorusa does not ensure that (i) the service will match with your specific needs, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be found from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material bought or hired by you through the service will match your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be fixed.

Quickadvisorusa shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter concerned with the service. Any liability would be limited to the value of service contract.
In case, Quickadvisorusa fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service, then it doesn't mean that you are waived of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the complete agreement between you and Quickadvisorusa and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Quickadvisorusa.

• All queries or resolutions posted by the users on our forums would automatically become our property.
• Quickadvisorusa reserves the rights to remove or modify any content posted on our website it determines inappropriate without giving any reason.
