Refund Policy

Quickadvisorusa is a third party service. We provide effective solutions for problems related to QuickBooks, and we are not associated with any brand unless specifically mentioned by us. In our website, we have mentioned all rules and regulations in Privacy Policy, Term & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy. Users are required to read and understand these carefully before availing our services. At Quickadvisorusa,  we do not provide backup copies or support for installation of unlicensed software.

1. Software Disclaimer


It is users responsibility to ensure that they are using a licensed copy of all required software, and maintain the back up of all information and data, emails, text messages, any other material, data, as well as software owned by them. Quickadvisorusa under any situation will not refund the amount for any installed software for which a license is compulsory.

2. Legal Liability


Quickadvisorusa or any of its partner don’t have any responsibility or legal liability under any situation at any time for the loss or damage of user data, software or hardware which may occur due to services offered or a hardware malfunction.

3. Service Disclaimer


Quickadvisorusa do not provide any warranty for the services rendered. In case, you experience a problem with the services provided to you, then you should raise a ticket by sending an email to the service provider at support@quickadvisorusa.com, within seven (7) business days from the date of sale. Quickadvisorusa will make genuine efforts to resolve the problem without any additional charge. If the issues are not resolved, then Quickadvisorusa will provide a reasonable refund for fees after charging the amount of 99.99$ as service charge.

4. Refund and Cancellations


If a customer has signed-up for a Year or Longer Term support contract with Quickadvisorusa,  and want to cancel it within a month time period, the payment will made on prudence basis. The minimum amount of 99.99$ plus monthly services charges will be charged by the Quickadvisorusa. For cancellation and refund of amounts paid mail us at support@quickadvisorusa.com. Once your request considered and approved, then your amount will be refunded in your registered bank account. For submitting the cancellation request, kindly provide us the following details:

A. Your Full Name

B. Customer ID (for example STS1234)

C. Your Full Address

D. Contact Phone Number

For any issue/dispute regarding billing or payment contact Quickadvisorusa. All charges regarding services must be discussed within 14 calendar days, as the refund will be considered from the date of transaction. Refunds are subject to the consideration and sole decision of Quickadvisorusa.
