Quickadvisorusa under any situation will not refund the amount for any installed software for which a license is compulsory.
Quickadvisorusa or any of its partner don’t have any responsibility or legal liability under any situation at any time for the loss or damage of user data, software or hardware which may occur due to services offered or a hardware malfunction.
Quickadvisorusa do not provide any warranty for the services rendered. In case, you experience a problem with the services provided to you, then you should raise a ticket by sending an email to the service provider at support@quickadvisorusa.com, within seven (7) business days from the date of sale. Quickadvisorusa will make genuine efforts to resolve the problem without any additional charge. If the issues are not resolved, then Quickadvisorusa will provide a reasonable refund for fees after charging the amount of 99.99$ as service charge.
If a customer has signed-up for a Year or Longer Term support contract with Quickadvisorusa, and want to cancel it within a month time period, the payment will made on prudence basis. The minimum amount of 99.99$ plus monthly services charges will be charged by the Quickadvisorusa. For cancellation and refund of amounts paid mail us at support@quickadvisorusa.com. For any issue/dispute regarding billing or payment contact Quickadvisorusa. All charges regarding services must be discussed within 14 calendar days, as the refund will be considered from the date of transaction. Refunds are subject to the consideration and sole decision of Quickadvisorusa.
